Overview

The BX Series is an extensive product line of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams designed for a wide variety of demanding applications.

The properties ranges covered by the BX Series include the following:

Density: 1.90 - 16.00 lbs/ft3

Thermal Stability: 93 - 176°C

Insulation Value : 0.170 - 0.300 [(BTU*in) / (hr*ft2*°F)]

Meets MIL-F-83671 Class 1 (BX-735 only)

Meets MIL-PRF-26514G (BX-200 only)

Overview

  • Low-density, easy-to-handle polyurethane foam used as a composite core material and for specialty void fill

Overview

  • Polyurethane foam with high-modulus of elasticity that is used for propeller core applications

Overview
