Overview

The G Series products are low dielectric constant polyisocyanurate foams that are commonly used for radome fabrication, composite core, antenna filling and electronic potting. G Series foams cover a range of densities (2.20 - 7.00 lbs/ft3). Workability in the G Series ranges with typical cream times between 45 and 60 seconds.

Products in the G Series are organized into the G-300s, which have exceptional thermal stability (148°C) and the G-500s, which have good adhesion and a higher flow rate for narrow cross section pours. G-300 products also have a modified flame retardant variation.

JFoam™ products are sold as two-component liquids (@25°C)
